The Men's Ascendor Light Hoody is a full-zip version of Rab’s lightest fleece for year-round climbing, backcountry touring, and challenging alpine ascents. Ultralight Thermic G fleece excels at wicking moisture, drying quickly, and stretching for full range of motion. Rab body-mapped the fleece in heavier and lighter weights to enhance warmth in colder areas and increase moisture management where you’re bound to work up a sweat first. This fleece has a slim fit to sit close to your baselayer and to slide a hardshell over without a problem. The flatlock seams have a smooth feel throughout to prevent bunching up when you’re layered up. Rab gave the hood a close-fitting design so you can pair it with climbing and skiing helmets, and the hood, hem, and cuffs all have elastic bindings to ensure a snug, secure fit. The center front zipper has a fleece-lined flap that rests comfortably against your chin.
